What access levels, permissions and controls do you have?

Users within your organisation

  1. All users who are invited to your organisation have the same set of permissions.
  2. They are able to create, upload, export, and use all AI features within Genie AI.
  3. They can also see all of the organisation's projects, documents, templates and clauses.

Users invited to Genie through a single document

  1. You can choose whether document users can have Read, Review, or Edit permissions:
    1. Read: Can read documents and comments written by others
    2. Review: Can read documents and comments, and suggest changes
    3. Edit: Can read documents and comments, as well as suggest changes and edit the document.
  2. They can be added to the document as a separate party OR into your party (and also into your organisation).
  3. If you add them as a separate party: They will have their own organisation separate to yours, and will have the permissions granted by you on the document when you invite them (read, review, or edit)
  4. If you add them into your party: you also have the additional option of adding them to your organisation account at the same time (this option is checked by default).
